Creamy Coconut Yogurt Bowl with Almond Butter and Blueberries
1 cup plain coconut milk yogurt, unsweetened
1-2 scoops collagen or protein powder
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp hemp or chia seeds
1 tbsp almond butter
honey, maple syrup or stevia to sweeten, if desired
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix to combine.
