I’m Taylor, a twenty-something Registered Dietitian with a big passion for whole, nutritious foods (and a minor dark chocolate addiction). I’m a big believer in balance, and believe that food is one of life’s greatest pleasures. Food is meant to be enjoyed, and it’s my mission to prove that healthy doesn’t have to mean boring or restrictive.
When it comes to nutrition, there is no “one size fits all,” so I think it’s important to find what works for you and run with it. No two people are the same, so it’s silly to think that there is one diet out there that works perfectly for everyone. It’s all about finding a balance that makes you feel your best, and, of course, saving a little room for indulgence along the way.
